Job description
A leading International legal practice is looking for a Senior Non-Contentious IP Associate of 5+ PQE to join their team in London.
The practice offers a chance to be involved with their international team advising on non-contentious intellectual property law, including IP aspects of share sales, business sales and joint ventures.
The Senior Associate will have a strong track record in working on commercial IP transactions to join the Corporate department. The successful candidate will have strong experience and knowledge of non-contentious intellectual property and a record of advising on IP rich corporate transactions.
