An established nationwide law firm with a market leading Private Client team are seeking to further grow their Private Wealth team in their London office. The firm are looking to employ an associate solicitor with over 2 year's post qualification experience with experience in tax issues and succession planning.

The law firm's Private Client practice are known for their experience on a vast array of complex private wealth matters. The department offer advice on succession planning, inheritance tax and Capital gains tax mitigation. The department offer advice on international and domestic taxation to clients including; high-net worth individuals, families and trustees.

This vacancy represents the opportune time to join a collegiate and close-knit team and work alongside Partners that are leaders within this particular field. The successful candidate will undertake a busy caseload handling a variety of Private Client matters and offer advice to wealthy families on drafting wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. With the ability to offer specialist advice on tax planning and trusts.

The successful candidate will hold a strong academic record and would have gained a minimum of 2 years' PQE within a respected City, regional or west-end law firm.
